Front Top-Feed Plain Seaming Mechanism SHF7000 Series

With front top feed suitable for materials which pucker.
Pattern matching operation.
Light to medium weight materials.
-With front feed mechanism,the extra upper
feed dog is installed in front on needle
drop,This mechanism assures the material
feeds of both (upper & lower) fabrics
even,and avoids shrinkage and stretching
on the fabrics during or after sewing.
-The differential feeding ratios of upper
& lower feed dogs can be adjusted
individually to adopt different materials
or to meet special sewing requirements,
such as pattern matching,or sewing
slippage materials.

5 Thd Front Top Feed Extra Heavy Material SHJ7005 D53 H16

Beside driving mechanism is specially designed for heavy-weight materials seaming.
The machine is also equipped with the extra front top-feed mechanism.(The extra upper feed dog is installed in front of needle drop.)
With these designs,the machine is able to prevent irregular stitches or an uneven material feed while sewing wide materials or extra heavy-weight materials.
